Hi! I’m Caroline.

get to know me:

I am a mother to 2 perfect girls, a wife of 8 years, an avid reader, a lover of true crime, a baker, a wanna-be homesteader (I’ll get there one day), a birth doula, a childbirth educator, and a woman who has so much respect for the perinatal period.

This passion was realized in 2021 with the birth of my first daughter. I had a beautiful and peaceful unmedicated hospital birth that I get to look back on with so much fondness. At the time of my birth, the hospital was still operating under Covid protocol, so I was not allowed a support person other than my husband. I knew that he would have to be my doula. I made sure to educate myself in order to educate him so that he could support me the way I needed and advocate for me when necessary. I read every book, I listened to every podcast, I did every exercise and stretch, and followed the diet that would best support my body and my baby. I learned so much that year and became obsessed with birth. When I first decided to have an unmedicated birth, it was out of curiosity and wanting to push myself to do something hard. After everything I had learned about physiological birth, my reasons became so much more than that. Our bodies are strong; they are capable; they know how to give birth without help, and they tend to do it better when we simply let them.

That’s where it started, and my passion has developed from there. I hold this space with so much softness, and I know how precious this time is. I desire to help women have the best experience possible. To be there to tell you that you CAN have the physiological birth you want. I want mothers to go into pregnancy, birth, and postpartum feeling empowered and confident in their knowledge. I believe that education is the first step towards the experience you are dreaming of. The second step is having people who support you. I would love to be that for you!
